Return Policy

We believe in happy customers, if you purchased an item from our store and you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the item to us unused in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of contacting us and we will gladly exchange it for you.

Out of stock items

Sometimes due to admin procedures, some of the items can be out of stock and have not been updated on the system. You will be notified via email to advise you if we are out of stock of any item and your money will be refunded when the order is dispatched if there are any items to be delivered. Alternatively you will be advised of a delay in shipment if under 3 days.

Unpaid Orders

Order placed on website, with payment as Bank transfer and no payment is received within 7 days will be cancelled. Thereafter a new order will have to be placed.
